- The doctor of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies said that on Thursday that a severe flooding in North Korea had killed at least 76 people with nearly the same number was missing and thousands left homeless by the destruction.Volunteers from the national
Red Cross said that been conducting search and rescue operations in North and South Hwanghae provinces, where heavy rains began on August 28, it said was adding that many children were among the 75 missing.
